Frequently Asked Questions

Order Shipping


  • Pre-orders items are not currently in stock and can take up to 3 weeks for shipment.
  • Normal purchase orders will take 7-10 business day to process.
  • The United States Postal Service will be used to ship all orders.
  • A tracking number will be provided for all orders once shipped.
  • Once your package has been confirmed by the postal carrier as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • You will have to file a claim with the postal carrier.
  • We will only refund or resend an item if the postal carrier provided tracking indicates that the package was lost or delayed during transit of that order.




Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Exchanges will be provided for orders that have been:

  • Fulfilled incorrectly (e.g. wrong size or wrong color). Return postage will be provided at no charge to the customer.
  • Damaged during transit to the customer.

Please ensure you have consulted the Size Guide prior to making your purchase.
