Frequently Asked Questions
- Pre-orders items are not currently in stock and can take up to 3 weeks for shipment.
Normal purchase orders will take 7-10 business day to process.
The United States Postal Service will be used to ship all orders.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders once shipped.
Once your package has been confirmed by the postal carrier as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You will have to file a claim with the postal carrier.
We will only refund or resend an item if the postal carrier provided tracking indicates that the package was lost or delayed during transit of that order.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Exchanges will be provided for orders that have been:
- Fulfilled incorrectly (e.g. wrong size or wrong color). Return postage will be provided at no charge to the customer.
Damaged during transit to the customer.
Please ensure you have consulted the Size Guide prior to making your purchase.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

All major credits and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment.
